Mobile Application Development Center

Starting from Fall 2010, I will be teaching mobile application development courses. My current plan is an application development course in Fall, and a mobile game development course in Spring. In 1-2 years, I will open a mobile application development center under the university. The center will have running projects to which the students can enroll and contribute. I am in contact with Blackberry and HTC. So, most probably we will focus on Java and JavaME development. Blackberry promised to supply teaching material and devices. Come on HTC, you can do the same and support the academy :)

bad news for senior standings. will they have chance to attend the course even if they are graduated already?

I don't think the course will be available for an outsider (including old students). However, the development center may hire people, especially graduated students.
